Terms
Last updated: October 14, 2026
HeatedOne is a WebHatch Designs project in Hutchinson, Kansas. These terms are the rules for using it. By making or sending a card, you agree to them.
Who can use HeatedOne
HeatedOne is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly accept cards from them. If you are 13 to 17, use HeatedOne only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
You may use HeatedOne only in compliance with applicable U.S. sanctions and export-control laws, and it is not offered where those laws prohibit it.
What a card may say
A card is for someone you know. It may not hold slurs, threats, sexual content, harassment, or anything aimed at someone's health, body or identity.
It may not pretend to come from someone else, copy someone else's work without their permission, or break the law.
Do not use HeatedOne to make or send cards in bulk, or try to get around its limits.
Sending a card by email
Send a card only from your own email address, and only to someone who would expect a card from you. Anyone who gets HeatedOne's email can stop it for good.
What you type is yours
You own the names and words you type. You give WebHatch Designs permission to store them, to show the card to anyone with its link, and to email its link when you ask, until the card is deleted. We claim no other rights in them.
The card designs and the words printed on them are WebHatch Designs' work. You may share the cards you make, by their links.
Taking cards down
We may delete a card that breaks these terms, without notice. Anyone can report a card with the link under it, or by writing to hello@webhatchdesigns.com with the card's link.
If you believe a card copies your work, write to hello@webhatchdesigns.com with the card's link and what it copies.
Where the law requires us to report something, we do.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your state that cannot be waived.
What we are responsible for
HeatedOne is free. To the extent the law allows, WebHatch Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and its total liability to you for anything to do with HeatedOne is limited to $100. This does not limit our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or our failure to keep the deletion promises on the privacy page, and it does not limit any right you have under the law of your state that cannot be waived.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. That does not take away any protection the law where you live gives you that cannot be waived. Anything not settled in small claims court is decided in the courts of Reno County, Kansas, or the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, this page's date changes, and anything that matters is said at the top. Questions go to hello@webhatchdesigns.com.
