Refunds

Making and sending a HeatedOne card is free. If you paid $2.99 to make a card premium and want your money back, you can have it.
A full refund within 14 days
Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund the whole payment, including any tax that was charged. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to hello@webhatchdesigns.com with the card's link, or the date you paid and the email address you gave Stripe, so we can find the payment.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
What happens to the card
The card stays, and its link keeps working, as a free card: one of its own colors, the HeatedOne mark inside, and your message as you last saved it.
After 14 days
If something went wrong with your premium card after that, write to hello@webhatchdesigns.com and tell us what happened.
Who sells it
Premium cards are sold by WebHatch Designs, Hutchinson, Kansas. Stripe takes the payment on its own page; we never see your card details.
